Our state of the art microneedling SkinPen treats a variety of skin conditions including acne scars, stretch marks, hyper-pigmentation, large pores, fine wrinkles, and hair restoration (when combined with platelet-rich plasma). The results are overall rejuvenated skin with fewer signs of aging.*
How Microneedling works:
Using fine precision needles to penetrate the surface layers of skin, Skinpen® Microneedling tightens, resurfaces, and rejuvenates the skin by naturally stimulating your own collagen production. Microneedling is a holistic approach to skin therapy. Your physiological wound response stimulates new healthy dermal and epidermal tissue growth. The pen creates a precise pattern of small wounds and promotes healing to reduce acne scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, lip lines, and rosacea. With topical numbing, there is minimal discomfort.
This treatment provides dramatic results in collagen stimulation, wrinkle and fine line reduction, pore size reduction, scar and acne scar, and pigmentation. Leading to an overall improved skin tone, color, and texture. Some patients need only one treatment to see visible results. Though, most will need a series of treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, dependent on the condition to be treated and the desired outcome.
When microneedling is done with PRP (also available at Revital as the Vampiress Facial, it enhances the outcome, increases total collagen production, and accelerates healing.
